| A: We offer you solid wood doors, drawer fronts, face frames, drawer sides, cut-to-size panels and any solid wood component in your design. |

| A: The answer is yes! We have a state of the art finishing line in both Asia and Tennessee plants. |

| Q: What are the main wood species you can offer? |
| A: We offer the following wood species: Ash, Eucalyptus, Maple, Poplar, Pine, Red Birch, Red Oak, Rubber Wood, White Birch, and White Oak. We also make several products in MDF and Paulownia. |

| Q: What is your minimum order quantity? |
| A: For the most part, the minimum requirements are based on the program you agree to with us. For instance a warehouse program would allow you to pull from inventory pallet quantities per time. However, the most cost effective buying program is the direct shipment to your warehouse from our mills in Asia. |

| Q: What are your lead times after the order? |
| A: For container purchase out of either China or India the lead time is 10-12 weeks. Our warehouse programs vary depending on whether it is local warehousing or out of our eastern Tennessee facility. Local warehousing is pre-arranged pick up. From our Tennessee facility the lead time is 10-15 days. |

| Q: Can I mix and match products? |
| A: We do allow mixing of multiple products and species providing it is out of the same plant. We have some customers that order doors, drawer fronts and face frames material together in different wood species on the same container. |

| Q: Can you offer any type of technical assistance? |
| A: We have a highly trained team of engineers. For your support, we have an assigned sales and technical representative to your account. Our technical support department is qualified with up to a Masters Degree in Industrial Engineering. Our staff can assist you in developing your product's specifications utilizing AutoCAD software. They will work closely with you to assure that we meet your quality requirements. |

| Q: How do you maintain our specifications? |
| A: We can maintain your specifications in several ways. With your online account we store drawings and specification requirements in an online cabinet accessible to you. We also maintain a book of your specifications with our production office in applicable country. We keep your material samples on file until production samples are approved by you. |
